Our Rare Subscription gets you the very best of what we roast each month shipped in a beautiful custom wooden box. We spend a little too much time on these coffees if you consider that we buy and sell far fewer pounds of them than any other coffees we carry. But they are so important to us. These are the best of the best of what we taste and source throughout the year and coffees that make our hearts race each time we taste them.

You will receive two 6-ounce jars (12 ounces of whole bean coffee) per month, depending on the selection of coffee for the month (the price includes shipping, but will be charged monthly). 

We roast our rare coffees on the first Monday of every month.
