Erazo’s relationship is with Azahar Coffee Company, an intentional coffee exporter.  They work with small to medium-sized farmers and strictly in Colombia.  They do things a little differently: they set a fixed price with their coffee producers which means stability and a guaranteed cost for quality. Not only do they sell green coffee, but they also sell roasted coffee options as well.
